Best AI B2B agencies in Australia (2026)

Updated September 2026

Ten Australian agencies working the B2B go-to-market problem, listed alphabetically, with every description taken from the company's own website.

AI B2B agency is a loose label in 2026. In practice it covers four different businesses. Lead generation and appointment setting agencies now build and enrich their lists with AI. Outbound agencies run calling and email programmes at scale. SDR-as-a-service providers rent you a sales development function rather than a campaign. AI-enabled GTM consultancies design the stack and hand it to your own team to run. They are not interchangeable: the first three sell you pipeline, the fourth sells you a system.

How this list was assembled.

Every agency here has an Australian presence and a live website, and every description comes from that company's own site. No pricing, results, reviews or scores appear unless the company publishes them itself.

There is no ranking. Entries run in alphabetical order, which is the only reason GTM Engine appears third. GTM Engine publishes this page and is one of the ten entries, so read that one with the bias in mind.

Agencies we could not verify as Australian were dropped, including several that appear on other Australian roundups but turned out to be overseas businesses.

The ten

  1. Australia GTM

    Queensland

A go-to-market consultancy offering, in its own words, "senior, hands-on GTM leadership for B2B SaaS and AI founders". Work spans strategy, sales, marketing, customer success and revenue operations, plus a GTM engineering and AI practice that designs AI and automation into the client's own stack.

Best for: founders who need the go-to-market model designed before they buy any outbound capacity.

  2. Forrest Contact

    Sydney, NSW

An outsourced sales and customer engagement business operating since 2006, covering lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing and inbound support across Australia, New Zealand and APAC. It states a "100% Australian-based team" and describes its work as "powered by real conversations, not automation".

Best for: sustained phone campaigns where a local calling team matters more than an AI stack.

  3. GTM Engine

    Sydney, NSW

AI builds and verifies the prospect lists and runs the sequencing; Australian SDRs make the calls. Pricing is $90 per qualified lead with no retainer and no lock-in, and the client list is deliberately capped, so it is a small operation that turns work away when the bench is full.

Best for: Australian B2B teams selling deals above A$5,000 who want to pay per outcome instead of per month.

  4. Illicium

    Sydney, NSW

Describes its offer as "Strategy, Data, People and Technology to reduce your HR burden and lower your customer acquisition costs". Services run from B2B lead generation and outsourced inside sales through research and data enrichment to sales consulting and fractional sales management.

Best for: companies that want a broader sales outsourcing arrangement than lead generation alone.

  5. J2 Group

    Melbourne, VIC

Calls itself "a fully managed outbound sales operating system", building and running outbound functions for clients. The offer includes Australian SDR talent, dedicated offshore SDR teams based in South Africa, field sales programmes and account-based marketing sequences.

Best for: teams that want a managed SDR function and are open to an offshore cost base.

  6. Lead Express

    Scoresby, VIC

A B2B lead generation agency covering appointment setting, telemarketing, data list services, marketing automation and digital lead strategies. It markets itself on a "100% Results, 0% Risk" guarantee and on guaranteed, qualified, sales-ready opportunities.

Best for: multichannel campaigns that pair phone outreach with data cleansing and digital.

  7. Nousu Collective

    Sydney, NSW

Sells "B2B multi-channel outreach, cold calling, and appointment setting run by our in-house Sydney team", and states plainly that there is no offshore outsourcing. Services include outsourced SDR, list building, cold email, LinkedIn outreach and event marketing.

Best for: buyers who want every touch made by an Australian team and are comfortable with a monthly engagement.

  8. Prompt Engineering Consulting

    Sydney, NSW

A generative AI consultancy applied to go-to-market, with services covering market research, sales prospecting, sales outreach, content creation and the design and deployment of AI agents. Its stated mission is helping start-ups use large language models and prompt engineering for GTM.

Best for: teams that want AI built into their own GTM stack rather than the selling outsourced.

  9. Strike Force Sales

    North Sydney, NSW

Offers "B2B new business sales leads and support services", spanning lead generation and appointment setting, sales training and consulting, and sales support and marketing services. It positions on tailored programs and fast turnaround.

Best for: defined new-business or partner-recruitment campaigns with a fixed brief.

  10. Telemarketing Professionals

    Sydney, NSW

Describes itself as a lead generation and appointment setting specialist, operating since 2010 from a Sydney head office with Melbourne and Brisbane locations. It emphasises Australian callers and gives clients real-time reporting access to campaign activity.

Best for: straightforward outbound calling programmes where visibility over call activity is the priority.

How to choose between them

  1. Find out who actually makes the calls. Ask where the callers sit and which number they dial from. Australian prospects can tell, and in a market of a few hundred target accounts one bad call can close an account for years.
  2. Ask what the AI is doing. AI that builds and verifies a list is a very different risk from AI that writes and sends email with nobody reading it. Ask which steps a person still reviews before anything leaves the building.
  3. Look at where the risk sits in the pricing. Retainers, hourly rates, per-meeting fees and per-lead fees put risk in different places. A retainer buys effort. A per-lead price buys outcomes and leaves the agency carrying the bad weeks.
  4. Get the definition of a lead in writing. Agree the qualification criteria and a rejection window before you sign. Without both, the working definition drifts towards whatever is cheapest to produce.
  5. Check your deal size supports it. Divide your expected cost per qualified lead by your average deal value and your win rate. If the arithmetic does not clear, changing agency will not fix it.

Questions

What is an AI B2B agency?

An agency that uses AI for part of the go-to-market motion, most often list building, enrichment, account research and sequencing. The label covers lead generation agencies, outbound agencies, SDR-as-a-service providers and GTM consultancies, and those four sell quite different things.

Do Australian B2B agencies use offshore callers?

Some do and some do not, and both models appear on this list. Agencies that use Australian callers generally say so on their own homepage, so it is worth checking before you shortlist.

How much does B2B lead generation cost in Australia?

Retainers, hourly rates, per-meeting fees and per-lead fees are all in the market. GTM Engine charges $90 per qualified lead with no retainer; most other agencies on this list quote after a scoping call rather than publishing rates.

Can AI replace an SDR?

Not for the conversation. AI is reliable for building and verifying lists, researching accounts and drafting sequences. Qualifying a prospect on a call is still a human job.
