GTM Engine is an AI-powered B2B lead generation agency in Australia
GTM Engine is an AI-powered B2B lead generation agency in Sydney, Australia. AI builds and verifies the prospect lists and runs the sequencing; Australian SDRs who have sold for top global companies make the calls. Clients pay $90 per qualified lead, no retainer, no lock-in.
How the engine works
Five steps run every week. The first three are machine assisted. The last two are human.
1. AI builds and verifies the list
We define your ideal customer profile with you: industry, company size, location, job titles and any buying signal that matters. AI then assembles the account and contact list from Apollo and Clay class B2B data, enriches every record, and verifies the work email address and the mobile number before anyone dials. Records that fail verification are dropped rather than guessed at.
2. AI-assisted sequencing
Every account gets a research pass before it is touched. AI drafts the email sequence and the call context from that research. A person edits every message before it sends. Mailboxes are warmed and deliverability is monitored, so the email reaches the inbox instead of the spam folder.
3. Australian SDRs on the phone
The people making the calls are based in Australia and dial from Australia. They learned to sell at global software companies. Your prospects hear a local voice on a local number rather than an offshore call floor working from a script.
4. Qualification criteria agreed upfront
Before the first dial we write down what counts as a qualified lead: the ICP fit, the seniority of the contact, the intent shown and the next step secured. That definition is agreed in writing. A conversation that does not meet it is not billed, and you have seven days to reject any lead you think falls short.
5. Handover
Qualified leads arrive in your calendar and your CRM with the call note, the contact record and the company record attached. You take the meeting and you close it. Nothing else lands on your desk.
What you pay
That is the entire price. No retainer, no setup fee, no minimum term, no lock-in contract. A week that produces no qualified leads costs you nothing.
We only take on teams whose average deal value clears A$5,000. Below that the unit economics do not work for the client, so we say no rather than take the money.
Who it is for
GTM Engine works with Australian B2B software and services companies selling deals worth A$5,000 to A$100,000 in annual contract value. In that band a single qualified conversation is worth far more than $90, and a first SDR hire at roughly A$120,000 in year one is hard to justify before the pipeline exists.
It suits companies with a small or precise total addressable market. Most Australian B2B segments contain a few hundred genuine target accounts, which means each account has to be worked properly rather than blanketed. It is a poor fit for high-volume transactional sales, and a poor fit for anyone who wants software to run rather than an outbound team to run it for them.
Proof
Figures from a live engagement with an Australian customer-experience software business, reported at category level because client names stay private.
- 11 qualified leads delivered in the week commencing 31 August 2026.
- 9 qualified leads delivered in the week commencing 24 August 2026.
- Every lead billed individually. No retainer was charged in either week.
Each lead was handed over with the call note, contact record and company record in the client's CRM, inside a seven day window in which the client could reject anything that missed the agreed criteria.

Questions
What does the AI actually do?
AI builds and verifies the prospect list, researches each account, and drafts the email sequencing. A person edits every message before it sends and a person makes every call.
Are the SDRs based in Australia?
Yes. The SDRs are Australian based and dial from Australia, so your prospects hear a local voice on a local number. They learned to sell at global software companies.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A real conversation with a decision maker inside the ideal customer profile you defined, meeting criteria written down and agreed before the first dial. A conversation that does not meet those criteria is not billed.
How much does it cost?
$90 per qualified lead. There is no retainer, no setup fee, no minimum term and no lock-in.
How long before the first meeting?
About two weeks from kickoff. That covers defining the ideal customer profile, building and verifying the list, and warming the email infrastructure.
Do you run outbound outside Australia?
The calling motion is built for the Australian market and the SDRs are Australian. Where a client's target market sits offshore, email carries that volume instead.
