GTM Engine (ABN 95 301 371 265) is a Sydney-based outbound sales consultancy. This page sets out what we do with information that reaches us through gtmengine.com.au and through the work we do for clients.
What we collect through this site
Two things, and nothing else.
- Contact details you send us. If you email us or book a consultation, we keep your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to tell us, so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
- Standard server logs. Our host records the page requested, the approximate location, the referring site and the browser type. We use it to see which pages get read.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. It does load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. That is the only third party involved in serving this site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not collect payment details through this website.
Prospect data in client work
Our service involves building prospect lists for clients using business contact data licensed from commercial B2B data providers. That is work contact information, such as a work email address, work phone number, job title and employer, held for business-to-business outreach and handled under the same principles set out here.
If we have contacted you and you want your details removed, email alex@gtmengine.com.au and we will remove them and stop contacting you.
How we hold information
Information sits in standard business tools such as email, CRM and spreadsheet systems, with access limited to the people working on the engagement. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected.
Australian Privacy Principles
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will action the request.
Contact
Questions, corrections, removal requests and complaints all go to the same place: alex@gtmengine.com.au. We aim to respond within five business days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
