Terms of Service
Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms cover this website and the services GTM Engine (ABN 95 301 371 265) describes on it. Any individual engagement is governed by the written agreement we sign with that client. Where the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
The website
This site describes our services and pricing. The figures on it, including the per-lead price and the comparison against hiring an SDR, are indicative and current at the date shown above. They are not an offer or a quote, and nothing on the site creates a contract. A contract exists once we agree scope and pricing in writing.
The service
We build prospect lists, run outbound calling and email on a client's behalf, and hand over qualified leads. What counts as a qualified lead is defined per engagement and agreed in writing before work starts. Leads that do not meet the agreed criteria are not billed.
What we do not promise
Outbound is a numbers exercise with real variance. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings, opportunities, deals or dollars of revenue, and nothing on this site should be read as that kind of guarantee. Results depend on the market, the offer, the price point and how quickly the client follows up on what we hand over.
What the client provides
Accurate information about the product, the market and the qualification criteria, plus a reasonable response time on leads. We rely on that information being correct, and we cannot be responsible for outcomes that follow from information that was not.
Fees and invoicing
Fees are as set out in the written engagement. Invoices are issued in Australian dollars and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential. We do not use one client's data for another client's benefit, and data from separate engagements is kept separate.
Ending an engagement
There is no lock-in period. Either side can end an engagement with written notice. Work already delivered and leads already accepted remain payable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute goes to the courts of New South Wales.
