For top SDRs and AEs
Sell for the best patch in the country. Keep your day job.
A select bench of Australia-based SDRs runs outbound for Australian B2B SaaS companies. Fully remote, completely confidential, and paid on outcomes rather than hours.
The work
Around an hour of dialling a day.
The lists are built and verified before you pick up the phone, with mobiles already revealed. Warm email runs alongside the calls, every touch is logged, and you book qualified conversations and demos. No lead sourcing, no list building, no admin after it. Fully remote, from wherever you dial in Australia.
Completely confidential. Your current employer is never contacted, your name is never published on our site, and clients see results, not your identity.
The maths
Work out what it pays you.
Move the slider to the hours you would commit. Everything else follows from it.
These figures are estimates built from your own inputs. Pay is per outcome and depends on the lists, the market and you. Monthly figures use 4.33 weeks.
Why they take it
Why top performers do this.
Paid on outcomes, not on hours
In a salaried seat the comp plan sets your ceiling, and roughly a third of Australian SDRs never reach it. Here the ceiling is arithmetic you can do yourself: book more qualified conversations, earn more.
The lists and the infrastructure are done for you
Verified lists, revealed mobiles, warmed mailboxes, sequencing, CRM and reporting sit with us. You get a good list and a phone, which is the part you are actually good at.
Completely confidential
Completely confidential. Your current employer is never contacted, your name is never published on our site, and clients see results, not your identity. We will not put you on a patch that overlaps your employer's market either.
The bar keeps the leads good
The client list is capped and so is the bench. Fewer, better callers working properly built lists is the only reason the leads stay worth being paid for.

Questions
The things people ask.
How is this confidential?
Completely confidential. Your current employer is never contacted, your name is never published on our site, and clients see results, not your identity. If you stop, your details come out of our systems on request.
How am I paid?
On outcomes, not on hours. Every engagement's rate is different and it averages out to about $100 an hour across the bench. Qualification criteria are agreed in writing before anyone picks up a phone, so there is no argument later about what counts. You invoice on a fixed cycle and one person decides whether an outcome counts.
How much time does it take?
Around an hour of dialling a day is the shape that works, at the same time each day. Outbound is a rhythm problem before it is a skill problem, so an hour daily beats a long block once a week. Six hours a week is the common commitment, and the bench runs up to ten.
Do I need my own lists or tools?
No. Lists are built and verified before you start, mobiles are revealed, mailboxes are warmed and the sequencing and CRM sit with us. You need a phone, a quiet room and a calendar.
Can I do this while employed full-time?
Most of the bench does. Read your employment contract for secondary employment, exclusivity and conflict of interest clauses first, and we will never put you on a patch that overlaps your employer's market. That is a line we hold in writing.
Where are the clients based?
Australian B2B companies, mostly SaaS, selling into Australia and New Zealand. You are dialling Australian numbers from Australia, which is the whole point of a local bench.
