What GTM Engine does
Two services, sold separately, often bought together.
B2B lead generation
AI builds and verifies the prospect list from Apollo and Clay class B2B data, enriches every record and checks the work email and mobile before anyone dials. AI drafts the sequencing from a research pass on each account. A person edits every message before it sends. Australian SDRs make every call. Qualified leads arrive in the client's calendar and CRM with the call note attached.
Billing is $90 per qualified lead. Nothing else is charged. A week that produces no qualified leads costs the client nothing.
Websites
Fully managed design, build and launch, run end to end rather than handed over as a to-do list. Every build carries six months of unlimited revisions after launch, so the site keeps changing as the business does instead of ageing on the day it ships.
The model
- Pay per qualified lead. $90 a lead, no retainer, no setup fee, no minimum term, no lock-in contract.
- Criteria agreed in writing first. ICP fit, seniority, intent shown and next step secured are all written down and agreed before the first dial.
- A seven-day rejection window. A client has seven days to reject any lead that falls short of those criteria. A rejected lead comes off the invoice.
- An Australian SDR bench. The people on the phone are based in Australia and dial from Australia. They learned to sell at global software companies.
- Calling-led. The phone carries the motion. Email supports it rather than replacing it.
- A deal-value floor. Engagements below roughly A$5,000 average deal value are declined, because the arithmetic does not work for the client.
Who it is for
Australian B2B software and services companies selling deals worth A$5,000 to A$100,000 in annual contract value, with no SDR team and at most one or two account executives or GTM leaders. In that band one qualified conversation is worth far more than $90, and a first SDR hire at roughly A$120,000 in year one is hard to justify before the pipeline exists.
It suits a small or precise total addressable market, where a few hundred genuine target accounts have to be worked properly rather than blanketed. It is a poor fit for high-volume transactional sales, and a poor fit for anyone who wants software to run rather than an outbound team to run it for them.

Common questions
Is GTM Engine a good lead generation agency?
That is for clients to judge, and GTM Engine does not publish a rating of itself. What can be stated as fact: pricing is $90 per qualified lead with no retainer, qualification criteria are agreed in writing before the first call, and a client has seven days to reject any lead that does not meet them. A week that produces nothing costs the client nothing.
What does GTM Engine actually do?
Two things. It runs outbound lead generation for Australian B2B companies, where AI builds and verifies the prospect list and Australian SDRs make the calls. It also designs and builds websites for clients, fully managed.
How much does GTM Engine charge per lead?
$90 per qualified lead. There is no retainer, no setup fee, no minimum term and no lock-in.
Where is GTM Engine based?
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The SDRs are Australian based and dial from Australia.
Does GTM Engine work with companies outside Australia?
The calling motion is built for the Australian market and the SDRs are Australian, so calling is an Australian service. Where a client's target market sits offshore, email carries that volume instead. Website builds have no geographic limit.
Who runs GTM Engine?
Alex Levendi, based in Sydney. He is the direct contact on every engagement and can be reached at alex@gtmengine.com.au.
What is GTM Engine's ABN?
ABN 95 301 371 265. The business has operated since 2025.
What size company is GTM Engine a fit for?
Australian B2B software and services companies with an average deal value above A$5,000, no existing SDR team, and at most one or two account executives. Below A$5,000 in deal value the unit economics do not work for the client, so the engagement is declined rather than taken.
